Return and Refund Policy
We understand that things happen and The Cheesecake Goat main goal is to provide fresh products daily. If there is a issue with your order. Please notify us within 24 hrs of your purchase.
We will replace your order. You must bring in the products that was purchased, for your order replacement to be honored. All orders/deposits are non-refundable. Exchange only within 24 hrs of purchase. If you place a order and do not pickup on the schedule pickup date, your order will be canceled and no refunds or exchange/remake will be available. Unless a notice the day of or day before is made to make a new arrangement for pickup. Once orders are placed we do not issue any refunds.
Online orders: You must pickup at the selected pickup day and time chosen. If order isn’t picked up within 15 minutes of your pickup time. Your order will be canceled and no refunds or exchanges/credits will be applied. Unless you call or email to make other arrangements regarding your order.
The Cheesecake Goat is not held responsible for damaged desserts caused by the shipping carrier. We are not held responsible for delays or dissatisfaction if the products. All dessert/salad jars must be refrigerated or placed in the refrigerator upon arrival. The Cheesecake Goat does not issue refunds for any orders that’s shipped. Please allow 10-14 business days (Saturday and Sunday not included) before your order is processed and shipped from our dessert store. We will send you a email letting you know when your order has shipped. ALL ORDERS TAKE 10-14 BUSINESS DAYS (Saturday and Sunday not included) TO BE PROCESSED AND SHIP. Delays may occur during the holiday months and/or depending on the volume of orders.
When receiving perishable food/desserts by mail, you are accepting the risk that the product may or may not arrive in eatable conditions due to any errors on the carrier behalf. No refunds or remakes will be issued and/or made.
During the warmer months, shipping cost have increased to insure the products are edible upon arrival.
All jars will only be shipped Monday through Wednesday ONLY! shipping is based of the shipping carrier timeframe. We recommend cities located in states such as: FL, TX, CA & NV etc select 2nd day air or overnight shipping. Some cities within these states ground shipping can take 3-7 days based on shipping carrier guidelines. We can only guarantee the desserts to still be frozen within a 3 day timeframe. Anything beyond this timeframe The Cheesecake Goat can not confirm the desserts freshness.
Jars will only be shipped Monday through Thursday to make sure your dessert/salads jars arrive to you before Sunday (we don’t want your products being held an extra day).
Please allow 10-14 days for your order to be processed. You will receive a separate e-mail with tracking information once your order ships. Some delays may occur and you will be notified if any delays occur.

The Idea (Ingredient 1)
The Cheesecake Goat was founded in December 2011. After working for Michaels Arts & Craft as a part-time job, I found my interest in baking. Then the idea of starting my own baking company was created and formed.
The Creation (Ingredient 2)
I started making chocolate covered strawberries, Oreo, pretzels and suckers for friends and family. Then I moved to small events and over time I realized this wasn't just a small "hustle" anymore. This was a start of my entrepreneurship. In 2015 I enrolled at Dorsey for culinary arts and graduated June 2016. Becoming a Chef/Pastry Chef and obtaining my servsafe and nutrition certifications.

Do you love Cheesecake? I do too! The Cheesecake Goat is a homemade creamy light based cheesecake. Made fresh daily, offering over 25 flavors. In 2018 I created the Sweets Express Tour, traveling to over 10 cities selling my famous desserts. Gaining over 100k followers on social media, I become an overnight success story. At just 29 years of age and the mother of two. There is way more to come. I hope you continue to follow my story.
